En 1793 les r\u00e9volutionnaires envoient 300 pr\u00eatres r\u00e9fractaires qui ont refus\u00e9 de pr\u00eater le nouveau serment de la Constitution Civile du Clerg\u00e9. C&rsquo;est une Maison Centrale d&rsquo;arr\u00eat, les d\u00e9tenus sont entre 600 et 800, avec 40 gardiens et un d\u00e9tachement militaire d&rsquo;une centaine d&rsquo;hommes pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieur. Un ou deux prisonniers courent dans la roue, elle entraine un traineau \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de roulement qui glisse sur la muraille abrupte de l&rsquo;abbaye. Avec une communaut\u00e9 venue de Bourgogne, les P\u00e8res de Saint-Edme, il esp\u00e8re r\u00e9tablir une certaine vie religieuse et aussi que les P\u00e8res pourront entretenir ce qui est possible des b\u00e2timents de l&rsquo;ancien monast\u00e8re b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin. Mais par la suite, Monseigneur Bravard \u00e9crit aux pouvoirs publics, expliquant qu&rsquo;il ne parvient pas \u00e0 restaurer l&rsquo;abbaye par manque de moyens financiers et techniques. L&rsquo;Etat prend conscience en 1872 de l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 du site du Mont-Saint-Michel avec ses constructions tr\u00e8s anciennes, il envoie M. Corroyer un architecte des Monuments historiques pour faire des relev\u00e9s<\/span>, <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><div><div><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>L&rsquo;abbaye devient Monument Historique en 1874.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cette ann\u00e9e l\u00e0, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Mac Mahon, transf\u00e8re par d\u00e9cret, l&rsquo;\u00e9glise abbatiale de l&rsquo;administration des Domaines, \u00e0 l&rsquo;administration des Beaux Arts, elle devient ainsi Monument Historique. Plus de cinquante ans de travaux sont n\u00e9cessaires, pour rendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel toute la beaut\u00e9 qui lui est due. C&rsquo;est un \u00e9norme travail de r\u00e9habilitation, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par M. Corroyer. \u00e9l\u00e8ve de Violet-le-Duc. Ils sont\u00a0 des Etablissements publics relevant du Minist\u00e8re de la Culture, citons le Mus\u00e9e du Louvre, le Ch\u00e2teau et le domaine de Versailles, le Centre Pompidou et le Mus\u00e9e d&rsquo;Orsay.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Enfin un troisi\u00e8me niveau, celui du Centre des Monuments Nationaux, sous la tutelle \u00e9galement du Minist\u00e8re de la Culture, il supervise 97 monuments en France. C&rsquo;est le Centre des Monuments nationaux qui g\u00e8re le site du Mont-Saint-Michel, le plus visit\u00e9 de province.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2018 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la crise sociale des \u00ab\u00a0gilets jaunes\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clench\u00e9e le 18 novembre. Malgr\u00e9 tout c&rsquo;est une tr\u00e8s bonne ann\u00e9e pour le nombre d&rsquo;entr\u00e9es dans les diff\u00e9rents sites. Ce qui ne sera peut-\u00eatre pas le cas pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2019, toujours impact\u00e9e par la crise sociale des gilets jaunes, la r\u00e9forme des retraites avec les gr\u00e8ves des transports et bien s\u00fbr l&rsquo;incendie de Notre Dame de Paris le 15 avril 2019.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Sur le tableau, la ligne mentionnant le Mont-Saint-Michel poss\u00e8de une ast\u00e9risque, pour signaler que pour le Mont, il s&rsquo;agit des chiffres obtenus de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2019.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>I<\/strong>l faut distinguer aussi le site du Mont-Saint-Michel,<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">le patrimoine de province le plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 en France avec 2,3 millions de touristes.
